Negative emotions go hand in hand with limiting beliefs, they can create blocks that make us unhappy, unhealthy and resentful with others, with our selves and with live in general.
[This is the opportunity to enfold the feeling and by doing this we offer it up to our soul.]
Holding on can be an important way for us to survive and to protect ourselves, but there is this moment when it stands in the way of our growth and happiness.
[The process of letting go becomes an opportunity to unlearn the negative beliefs and disengage from old beliefs and emotions.]
The feeling will then gradually resolve. As we welcome the body resistance and/or sensations, in our awareness, we usually notice that an emotion emerges.
